    • 747 awhp Evo vs. 806 rwhp blown C6 Z06 + 650 awhp STI and Whipple Mustang Coyote

Here are some strong cars facing off the highway. The video features a Mitsubishi EVO said to be making 747 horsepower at all four tires courtesy of a FP Zero turbocharger. You also have an 804 rear wheel horsepower C6 Corvette Z06 with a Vortech T-Trim as well as upgraded heads and a cam.

A 650 wheel horsepower STI tags along for the first run. It's pretty close between the Z06 and the EVO (the STI is nowhere to be found) and looks to be a driver's race.

The second run is a 2nd gear rematch at 45 mph and the EVO pulls in this one. Perhaps traction is a factor.

Next up the STI tries its luck against a Whipple supercharged 10-speed automatic Mustang GT. The Mustang manages to pull up top but the STI puts up a surprisingly good fight. You will notice the EVO blows past them both.

      Nice runs.

That's actually a 2015-17 model with the old 6R80, not the new 10 speed. You can tell from the front fascia and lights. A 10-speed would likely manhandle that STI, especially considering this is only the gen 2 Coyote which definitely makes less power.

No worries. These Mustangs are definitely strong contenders with just a blower...there's a new GT for sale somewhat near me for 33k CAD...that's 23 US for a 5.0 with a stick that can make what, a bit over 700 WHP on pump gas with just a supercharger? Surprised we don't get to see more of these putting in work on the street.
