    • 2020 Ford Shelby GT500 Mustang dealer markup insanity begins - Ted Russell Ford asking absurd $75000-$100000 market adjustment

We all knew this was coming. Greedy dealers deciding to make a big profit on top of what the GT500 Mustang costs. Yes, the new Mustang GT500 is an incredible performance car but part of what makes it incredible is the performance it offers for the money.

That money being a starting MSRP of $74,000. At $150k? Not so great of a value. At $195k? You might as well head to McLaren at that point.

This is utterly absurd and Ted Russell Ford should be ashamed of themselves. Nobody needs to pay markup on this car. Just resist the temptation to give in to these dealers. Frankly, take your business elsewhere.

Get a GT500 for $100k and pay markup or avoid it entirely and get a C8 for less money? Lol nobody should pay markup after the Vette reveal.
